This highly visible leadership role will play a critical part in advancing DaVita's Home strategy by supporting growth across home dialysis modalities including Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD). This leader will partner closely with field operations, clinical leadership, product teams, value-based care, finance, and physician partners to design, implement, and scale initiatives that improve patient access to Home modalities. Success requires a unique blend of strategy, project management, change leadership, stakeholder influence, and operational execution. This leader will help translate enterprise strategy into scalable programs that enhance patient and physician education on Home to improve Village clinical outcomes and support long-term growth across the Home business. Key Responsibilities Lead Home Conversions Strategy & Performance Improvement Lead and inspire teams focused on improving teammate processes to educate patients and physicians on Home modality options. Partner with field leadership to identify opportunities to improve key home growth and clinical outcomes. Develop and execute strategies that increase patient access to Home modalities. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Support National Education Programs Support Modality Choice Leads to prioritize timely, quality patient education in all of our centers. Drive modality education program enhancements, including leveraging digital capabilities and continuous improvement in EHR and other systems. Drive pilot and adoption of AI-driven predictive models. Provide clinical and operational expertise to improve patient management practices. Establish processes, monitoring, and accountability structures to drive measurable results. Identify physician, operational, and field barriers and facilitate solutions. Evaluate pilot outcomes and scale successful practices nationally. Clinical & Operational Innovation Develop a standardized, data-driven approach for conversions across the Home business. Support development of educational content, training programs, and continuing education initiatives. Serve as a key advisor for AI-powered patient-education initiatives. Partner with Product, Clinical Enterprise, Research, and Technology teams to evaluate innovative conversion strategies. Support implementation of Home modality reviews in clinically-specific patient interventions. Identify emerging best practices and lead efforts to standardize successful approaches across the enterprise. Enterprise Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner closely with: Patient Education Clinical Transformation Value-Based Care Product Finance Office of the Chief Medical Officer Division Home Directors and Field Vice Presidents Lead working sessions, pilot design efforts, and implementation plans that drive enterprise-wide results. Team Leadership Lead and develop managers and analyst teams. Build a high-performing, collaborative culture. Coach and develop future leaders within the Home organization. Establish strong operating rhythms, communication plans, and project governance structures. Success Measures Success in this role will be measured through: Achievement of Home growth objectives. Increased Home modality conversion performance. Adoption of modality choice programs and patient education initiatives. Engagement and effectiveness of modality choice leaders. Successful implementation and scaling of enterprise initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree required. 8+ years of healthcare strategy, operations, consulting, clinical operations, or related experience. Experience leading enterprise-level programs with measurable outcomes. Strong project management and change management capabilities. Demonstrated success working within highly matrixed organizations. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience translating strategy into scalable execution plans. Preferred Home dialysis, kidney care, renal services, or specialty healthcare experience. Value-Based Care experience. Experience supporting clinical operations and field execution teams. Management consulting background with healthcare focus. MBA or advanced degree.
