WingmanPro is an aviation job board for the people who fly, fix, fuel and schedule aircraft. We started it in February 2024 because aviation flies on new technology and hires on old habits.
The aircraft have changed. The hiring has not. Openings live on a dozen operator career pages, in Facebook groups and on message boards, and the contract and per-diem work that a lot of the industry actually runs on never reaches a normal job board at all.
Nobody had built one place to post an opening, answer it, and find the contract work that matches your certificates. So we built it.
