WingmanPro is an aviation job board that puts more than 40,000 aviation and aerospace jobs in one search, filtered by flight hours, certificates and aircraft, for pilots, mechanics, crew and the companies hiring them. We started it in February 2024 because aviation flies on new technology and hires on old habits.
Jay Kadir and Jonathan Schaff co-founded WingmanPro in 2024. Both are pilots who wanted one place for aviation professionals to find openings and build relationships.
Jay trained in Bozeman, Montana, and became a contract corporate pilot. His search for work at 300 and 500 hours helped shape WingmanPro's focus on low-time opportunities.
Jonathan brings experience in finance, technology and aviation businesses, including pilot staffing, aircraft leasing and hangar rentals. Together, they built WingmanPro for flight crews and ground teams alike.
The aircraft have changed. The hiring has not. Openings live on a dozen operator career pages, in Facebook groups and on message boards, and the contract and per-diem work that a lot of the industry actually runs on never reaches a normal job board at all.
Nobody had built one place to post an opening, answer it, and find the contract work that matches your certificates. So we built it.

More than 40,000 open aviation jobs in one search, gathered from airline, aerospace and operator career sites and posted directly by employers. Filter by role, location, pay, flight hours, pilot certificate, aircraft and FAA operation type.
Add your certificates, ratings and hours, or import them from your résumé, and every job shows how well you match what the employer asks for. You see which openings you qualify for before you apply.
Employers post a job with its real requirements, such as type ratings, hour minimums and base. Applicants arrive in a pipeline where the team moves them from interested to interview to hired.

WingmanPro News publishes pay and hiring reports built from the jobs on the board, such as median pilot pay by seat and aircraft.
Every opening on WingmanPro is with an aviation or aerospace employer. Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs and ZipRecruiter list every industry, so a search there for "captain" or "mechanic" also returns jobs that have nothing to do with aircraft.
Filter by total flight time, pilot certificate (ATP, commercial, CFI), aircraft manufacturer, experience in type and FAA operation type (Part 91, 121 or 135). Indeed and LinkedIn Jobs filter on general fields like pay, location, job type and date posted, and have no flight-hour or certificate filter.

Employers pay $100 or $300 a month, month to month, after a 7-day free trial. Indeed's sponsored jobs and LinkedIn's promoted posts charge per click or per application against a budget, so the cost of filling a role changes from week to week.
WingmanPro was started by two pilots. One of them went looking for flying work at 300 and 500 hours and could not find the openings in one place, which is why you can search by your own hours and see what you qualify for today.
