Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally. Act as an air traffic controller at our facilities, monitoring and directing the flow of air traffic to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project priorities and allocate resources accordingly. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project delays or issues. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to both project management and air traffic control. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of projects to all relevant stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in project management and air traffic control to continuously improve processes and strategies. Train and mentor team members to enhance their understanding and skills in project management and air traffic control.
