Act as a mentor and resource for students, providing guidance and support throughout their training. Utilize technology and simulation tools to enhance learning experiences for students. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe learning environment for all students. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and superiors to ensure a smooth and efficient training process. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and training activities. Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods to ensure effectiveness and relevance. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the company and the air traffic control industry. Stay current on industry trends and advancements to provide the most relevant and up-to-date instruction.
