Autos of Chicago is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our growing service department. We are a high-volume independent dealership with over 500 vehicles in inventory
We are looking for motivated technicians who take pride in their work, can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles, and want the opportunity to earn a strong income in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairsComplete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer standardsDiagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, engine, and transmission concernsPerform vehicle reconditioning and used car inspectionsAccurately document repair recommendations and completed workMaintain productivity and quality standardsFollow all safety procedures and shop policies
Qualifications
Previous automotive technician experience requiredASE certifications are a plusStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOwn tools requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience with European, Domestic, and Import vehicles preferred
