ResponsibilitiesAct as an operations specialist assisting in the development and test of cutting-edge safety related technologies.Perform mission planning and lightweight maintenance duties.Demonstrate attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.Conduct limited operation readiness activities and logistics planning as needed.Cross-team training to support teams such as delivery sites for pre-launch tasks.Join a Research and Development team to help invent and develop new transformative experiences. Qualifications14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate2+ years of remote-control pilot experience with excellent coordination and executionAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with breaks, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachExperience leading small teamsTravel up to 75% of the yearValid Driver\'s License and ability to satisfy Client driver eligibility criteriaWork in volatile weather conditions (heat, rain, wind, snow) within safety thresholdsDrive to offsite work locations daily (work vehicle provided)Work variable shifts and schedules including weekends when applicableOvertime may be required and approved based on work assignmentBackground checks may include MVR tests and drug screening as applicable Equal OpportunityBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
