The Professional Group is Seeking Ramp-Baggage Agent to join us for our client LATAM Group, located in the JFK Airport - New York City.
This role will perform various duties, including:
Coordinate with other airlines baggage search of passengers in transit ramp.Maintain control and quadrature luggage local and in transit.Tracing baggage according to bagroom planification.Inform the Jr Duty Manager and heads of non-receipt on baggage, their causes in order to track them.Management reporting purposes.Perform planning worksheet for bagroom luggage.Comply with all safety standards in all sectors of the ramp as the writing of the airport authorities and the manuals written in LATAM.Perform other activities of similar nature according to the needs of the department.Identify if there is any baggage in the TSA Area or consult with JBT where other baggage may be.Strong communication skills and ability to work In a team with both internal or externalRequirements:
Spanish / EnglishComputer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Worldtracer and Brock solutions are a plus.Flexible SchedulesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.10 per hour
