The Opportunity

We are seeking a Private Aviation Sales Associate to join our growing charter sales team. In this role, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, drive charter and Jet Card sales, and help deliver an exceptional client experience from the first inquiry through flight completion.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing private aviation clients.Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and local market development.Respond to charter inquiries and prepare customized flight proposals.Present aircraft options, charter solutions, and Jet Card programs that align with each client’s travel needs.Coordinate client requests, including catering, ground transportation, special handling, and other concierge services.Build expertise in private aviation, aircraft types, airport logistics, charter operations, market pricing, and industry terminology.Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Collaborate with internal teams, aircraft operators, and vendor partners to ensure a seamless client experience.Manage, track, and grow a consistent sales pipeline.Represent Reata Jet professionally within the Austin business community and broader private aviation market.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales experience, preferably within private aviation, luxury services, hospitality, travel, real estate, finance, automotive, or another high-touch client-focused industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Professional and polished phone presence.Exceptional customer service mindset.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and accuracy matter.An interest in aviation and a willingness to learn aircraft, airports, pricing, operations, and client service standards.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this position is competitive, plus commission opportunities. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other business-related factors.

Candidates may be required to sign a Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment.
