Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop innovative and cost-effective interior design solutions. Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of aircraft interiors to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Develop and manage budgets for interior design projects, including negotiating contracts and sourcing materials. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aircraft interior design to ensure JetBlue remains at the forefront of innovation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all interior design processes. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, providing mentorship and guidance to promote professional growth and development. Communicate and coordinate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable flying experience for our passengers.
