Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure maintenance plans align with company goals and objectives. Analyze aircraft maintenance data to identify trends and proactively make adjustments to maintenance plans as needed. Monitor and track aircraft maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to minimize potential disruptions to operations. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance plans. Monitor maintenance budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology to continuously improve maintenance processes. Communicate maintenance plans and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular updates as needed. Train and mentor junior maintenance planners to ensure a high level of competence within the team. Participate in regular meetings with other departments to discuss maintenance planning and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance plans and activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of all aircraft operations. Oversee the procurement of necessary parts and materials for maintenance activities. Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
