About the position
Talon Air is seeking a Captain for a dedicated Citation Sovereign account. This role involves flying a mix of Part 91 owner trips and Part 135 charter flights for a well-established owner account. Talon Air is a Part 135 operator based in Farmingdale, NY, with a fleet of over 40 aircraft. This is a unique opportunity for a pilot to work closely with a dedicated owner while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of a premier management company. Most pilots are home-based and travel to the aircraft for rotations. Responsibilities
Safe and efficient flight operations for domestic and international trip assignments operating under 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 regulations while maintaining a high level of customer service.Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times.Provide an exceptional experience for the aircraft owner and passengers while representing Talon Air in a professional manner.Greeting of passengers and assistance with passenger seating and luggage storage.Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests and needs.Adhere to the duties and responsibilities stated in all company procedures manuals.Maintain a current First Class Medical certificate as required by Talon Air policy and notify the company if a medical (physical or mental) condition may impair the ability to perform flight duties.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
