Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled General Aviation A&P to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in general aviation environments. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Perform repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including avionics and aircraft components. Execute root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Document maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or by other means. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with equipment repair and maintenance.
Experience
Proven experience in general aviation settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with aircraft maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and assembly instructions.
