Job Summary
MyThorneAI is seeking an energetic and student-centered Career Pathways Pilot Facilitator to lead the implementation of our innovative career readiness platform in middle and high school classrooms. This role serves as the on-site champion for the MyThorneAI pilot, helping students engage with interactive career exploration lessons, workplace readiness activities, and AI-supported career planning tools.
As the facilitator, you will guide students through the MyThorneAI experience, encourage meaningful classroom discussions, provide support during activities, and collaborate with school staff to ensure a successful pilot. This is an excellent opportunity for educators, counselors, career coaches, or workforce development professionals who are passionate about preparing students for life after graduation.

Responsibilities
Facilitate MyThorneAI career readiness lessons in Grades 6–12 classrooms during the pilot program. Guide students through career exploration, workplace readiness, financial literacy, postsecondary planning, and employability activities using the MyThorneAI platform. Foster an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assist students in navigating the MyThorneAI platform and completing lessons, reflections, and interactive activities. Lead classroom discussions that connect lesson content to real-world careers, education, and workforce opportunities. Monitor student engagement and provide encouragement and individualized support as needed. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school administrators to ensure smooth implementation of the pilot. Document classroom observations, student participation, and pilot outcomes to support continuous improvement. Gather feedback from students and school staff regarding usability, engagement, and learning experiences. Represent MyThorneAI professionally while building positive relationships with school personnel and students. Maintain confidentiality of student information and comply with all school policies and applicable educational regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Services, Workforce Development, or a related field preferred. Experience working with middle school or high school students. Strong classroom facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Passion for career readiness, workforce development, and student success. Ability to build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable learning and utilizing educational technology platforms. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to adapt instruction and support to meet varying student needs. Reliable transportation to assigned school locations. Experience with career and technical education (CTE), counseling, workforce development, or Pre-ETS is a plus.
