Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main point of contact for owners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Understand and have knowledge of Textron aircraft products and services to effectively communicate with customers. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty. Conduct regular check-ins with owners to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new customers. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Represent Textron in a professional and positive manner at all times. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
