Develop and implement strategies and policies for safe and efficient aviation operations. Oversee the development and implementation of projects related to aviation. Monitor and analyze aviation trends and performance to identify areas for improvement. Manage the aviation budget and ensure that all costs are within budget. Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and laws. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of aviation projects. Develop and implement safety and security protocols for all aviation operations. Provide leadership and direction to the aviation team and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
