We're seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations across three manufacturing facilities. This leadership role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, internal controls, and partnering with operations to drive business performance. The Area Controller will lead an accounting team, support month-end close, analyze financial results, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred)5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, including plant accounting and financial closeStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial analysisLeadership experience with the ability to develop teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, IQMS, and OneStream preferredStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
