Maternity policy question for anyone at a 121 carrier. My company has one on paper and nobody in ops control has ever used it, so I cannot find out how it works in practice without becoming the test case. Has anyone here been the test case?

Was the test case on the cabin side in 2021. The policy was fine and the scheduling around it was not, because nobody had built the process. Get everything in writing from the first conversation.
