Charleston based but Texas is on the list for after separation, mostly because half the jobs I am looking at are here. Anybody want to tell me what the cost of living actually looks like against a first year regional salary in DFW versus Houston?

DFW rent has moved a lot in three years. Houston is cheaper and the commute to the airport will eat the difference. Ask again when you have a base offer, the answer changes completely with a base.
