Crew room, not a grievance desk. Bidding strategy, base questions, hotel intel, upgrade timelines. If it is a safety report it goes in the safety system, not here, and I will say that every time.

New hire, class date next month, and I have read this whole group twice. If anybody has a bidding cheat sheet for the first six months I will buy the coffee for a year.

Cabin side reminder that we are in this crew room too. The hotel in the northern base has no food after 9pm and no shuttle after 11. Four of us have now found that out the hard way on separate trips. Somebody put it in writing.

Upgrade timing, since new hires keep asking me in the hallway. Mine was fourteen months on reserve then two years right seat. It is moving faster right now in the eastern bases and slower in Denver. Ask the recruiter for the current number and then ask a line pilot for the real one.
