Two interview invites in one week off the rewritten applications. Whoever told me to put PIC and turbine PIC in the first three lines of the message field, that was the change. Nothing else moved. Same hours, same record, different first sentence.

It is not a trick. A recruiter reads 200 of these a week and gives yours about eleven seconds. You just used them well.
