Restricted ATP question, since three people asked after my last post. Military time gets you the R-ATP at 750 hours instead of 1,500. It is the single biggest advantage of separating with flight time and almost nobody at the transition briefings explains it. Check your form 5 against the rule before you assume you are short.

Half the separating pilots I have met assumed they needed 1,500 and were budgeting two years they did not need to spend.

And the carriers that pay for the CTP do not advertise it loudly. Ask in the interview. Worst case they say no.
