Question I got asked twice this week, so answering it here. Yes, low time pilot jobs exist, and no, most of them are not flying. Right seat SIC time in a 135 operation is real and it is the fastest honest way I know to go from 500 hours to employable. Ask the chief pilot, not the internet.

From the hiring side: we take low time pilots into the right seat regularly and almost nobody asks. The people who ask get the seat.
