FBO pay, plainly, because nobody publishes it and everyone is embarrassed to ask. Front desk starts around 17 to 20 an hour. Line service similar, more with a tow qualification and a de-ice endorsement. Shift lead adds a few dollars. Nobody is getting rich. Almost everyone I know here is using it to get somewhere.

thank you for posting actual numbers. i asked about the tow qualified rate like curtis said and got a dollar fifty. small but it was there the whole time

Every FBO manager reading this is annoyed and every line tech is grateful. Publish the bands. The good operators lose nothing.
