Job Description Job Description Sign-OnBonus: Up to $50,000! Off Duty Housing Provided! Weare an established air ambulance provider seeking a full time VFR Medical Pilotto join our team in Safford, AZ. This role requires an experienced helicopterpilot to operate under CAMTS guidelines with AS350 VFR/NVG aircraft. The idealcandidate must be available for 24-hour operations, working day/night rotationsand meeting all FAA and company requirements. Schedule& Location: 7& 7 schedule (subject to change based on operational needs). Off duty housing provided.
Responsibilities: Safelyoperate AS350 helicopters under VFR/NVG conditions. Ensurecompliance with CAMTS guidelines and FAA regulations. Maintainoperational readiness for 24-hour operations, including day/night rotation. Participatein company training, safety programs, and customer interaction. Relocateor transition aircraft as required, per contractual agreements. Compensationand Benefits: Weoffer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a Relocation packageavailable (2-year service commitment required if utilized). Aircraft transitionavailable (1-year service commitment required).
Requirements: Commercialand Instrument Helicopter Ratings. FirstClass Medical Certificate. CAMTSMinimum Flight Hours: 2,000 Total Hours, 1,500 Hours Helicopter, 1,000 HoursPIC Helicopters, 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters, 100 Hours Unaided NightOperations or 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG) Candidatesmust meet 235-pound body weight limit. Strongcommunication skills and excellent internal/external customer service Successfulcompletion of interview and acceptance by customer and management.
Abilityto pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacityassessment (strength and flexibility evaluation), drug screening, andbackground check. Mustbe able to lift up to 100 pounds to assist in loading/unloading patients andequipment.
