Home every night. Island-hop throughout the Bahamas during the day.

The most stressful part of the job may be wiping the sand from between your toes—but no two days are the same in the world of float flying. The flying is demanding, dynamic and incredibly rewarding.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Meet FAR Part 135 IFR minimums • 2,500 hours total time • 1,000 hours single-engine turboprop • 500 hours seaplane

We're looking for team players who communicate effectively and possess strong decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will also bring nautical experience, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for float flying.
