Responsibilities
Instructors analyze and identify local training needs and deliver timely training solutionsWill facilitate and coordinate local training initiatives for Envoy Customer Care & Customer OperationsProvides hands on instruction and therefore must be proficient in all work areas performed by Customer Service Hub employees including:Passenger service,Ramp operations,Airport operations,Baggage service,Support services,Safety and security,General procedures and systemsResponsible for training orientation, assistance with classroom instruction, completion of all training modules, daily logs, monitoring forms for all new hire employees; and strict adherence to all EGOM and Envoy rules, regulations, and safety policies at all timesTraining may be performed on the airfield, under all weather conditions, with the exception of ground stoppage due to inclement weatherAbility to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessaryMust be able to work in a team environmentMust be able to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the teamThe ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessaryMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivatedQualificationsWho are we looking for?
Requirements
Minimum age: 18High school diploma, GED or international equivalent; college degree preferredPossess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
Must be able to select, train, guide, and motivate employees handle multiple projects concurrently and have a working knowledge of PC's and software applicationsExperience withEGOM training,andQIK trainingResponsible of managing Station training recordsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writingPossess the legal right to work in the United StatesMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English languagePrevious supervisory experience, preferredPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
