TechOps Continuous Improvement Coordinator

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports deployment and sustainment of the TechOps Lean operating system ("Flight Path") through program coordination, governance, communications, reporting, capability tracking, and logistical support. This role is responsible for coordinating training activities, managing continuous improvement administration processes, monitoring transformation metrics, supporting organizational capability development, and enabling execution of TechOps Lean Transformation initiatives. The Continuous Improvement Coordinator serves as the primary program support resource for the TechOps Continuous Improvement organization. This position works closely with Continuous Improvement Managers, Coaches, Trainers, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective planning, communication, reporting, scheduling, and execution of Flight Path activities across TechOps. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Flight Path training activities, calendars, scheduling, logistics, materials, facilities, and participant communications to support capability development across TechOps. • Manage Continuous Improvement reporting, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and status updates to provide visibility into transformation progress and organizational performance. • Support capability management processes including skills assessments, qualification tracking, proficiency management, certification records, and development documentation. • Coordinate Kaizen events, training sessions, surveys, communications, and materials management activities to ensure successful execution of Continuous Improvement programs. • Support Flight Path governance processes through preparation of reports, meeting materials, communications, presentations, documentation, and status updates. • Administer surveys, collect stakeholder feedback, consolidate findings, and develop summary reports to support continuous improvement and capability development efforts. • Maintain program records, schedules, training databases, qualification documentation, and transformation tracking systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information. • Coordinate communication activities including newsletters, success stories, testimonials, announcements, and awareness campaigns that support Flight Path adoption and engagement. • Work with Continuous Improvement leaders to identify risks, issues, scheduling conflicts, and administrative needs that could impact transformation activities. • Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
