JMC Aviation is currently recruiting Aircraft Structural Assemblers on behalf of our client in Red Oak, Texas . We are seeking experienced aircraft assemblers and structural professionals with a strong background working on corporate aircraft and a proven ability to perform precision assembly and structural installation work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of aircraft assembly experience , or relevant manufacturing/industrial experience demonstrating the required technical skillset.
Key Responsibilities • Perform aircraft structural assembly and installation in accordance with engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Drill close-tolerance holes and install manufacturing hardware, fasteners, and related components.
• Safely and effectively operate a variety of pneumatic and electric power tools , including drills, rivet guns, torque wrenches, and other aircraft assembly equipment.
• Read, interpret, and work accurately from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions .
• Ensure all assembly and structural work meets required quality, dimensional, and safety standards.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, drilling, riveting, and installation of aircraft structural components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all applicable procedures and regulations.
