• Providing strategic and operational leadership for daily airport operations • Driving on-time performance, IROP management, service recovery and customer experience • Building and leading a high-performing, resilient, and diverse team • Collaborating with regional and headquarters teams to ensure compliance with international aviation regulations and company standards • Championing Delta’s vision, values, and safety culture across all stakeholders • Leading change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
