Delta Air Lines — Atlanta, Georgia, United States
As a Sr. Analyst in Network Scheduling, you will have the opportunity to build the future schedule that Delta flies. You will balance tradeoffs between commercial and operational constraints to optimally deploy Delta’s airplane assets to maximize the profitability of the company. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the design and development of Delta's narrowbody flight schedule • Collaborate with the Route Planning team to achieve commercial objectives while working in the confines of limited fleet, crew, and station resources • Identify opportunities and potential problems in the future schedule and recommend courses of action • Ensure hub bank connectivity, optimal patterns, and compliance with operational standards, such as curfews, slots, gate constraints, crew duty periods, and maintenance requirements • Feel comfortable with ambiguity, understanding what tradeoffs to make and when to make them • Demonstrate strong teamwork across multiple groups in Network, Commercial, and Operational teams
