STS Technical Services is hiring Sr. A&P Mechanics in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will perform and lead advanced aircraft maintenance, repairs, inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and documentation in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, Repair Station Manual requirements, and Quality Control Manual procedures. This position is ideal for an experienced A&P Mechanic with turbine-powered aircraft maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to mentor junior mechanics in a high-performance aircraft maintenance environment.
The Sr. A&P Mechanic serves as a technical expert and working leader within the maintenance operation. This role is responsible for advanced aircraft maintenance work, complex repairs and modifications, system diagnostics, documentation accuracy, and support of junior mechanics through coaching, training, and oversight.
