Retailing & Reporting enables optimal revenue generation by delivering a robust suite of offer, share, JV and other PRM performance reporting that enables greater speed, complexity, and scale of analyst market actions across the entities. R&R is building the future of offer and relative performance reporting in an increasingly complex revenue environment.

We are seeking a Data Specialist to lead the design of advanced reporting solutions that enable strategic decision-making across revenue management. This role plays a key part in shaping the future of competitive offer reporting in a complex and fast-evolving airline environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting tools that convert complex data into actionable insights • Lead initiatives to evolve competitive offer and performance reporting capabilities • Connect competitive landscape data with KPIs such as market share through scalable analytics solutions • Deliver insights to executive leadership to inform pricing and revenue strategies • Build and optimize workflows supporting 200+ analysts across multiple entities • Partner cross-functionally to drive innovation in analytics and reporting • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices
