We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics to support a major AC-130 modification program . This is an opportunity to perform complex, heavy structural modifications on one of the military's most advanced aircraft platforms. You will be directly involved in major airframe modifications, structural upgrades, fabrication, and installation of critical aircraft components that support the continued mission readiness of the AC-130 fleet .

Your responsibilities will include: • Perform heavy structural modifications on AC-130 aircraft in accordance with engineering drawings, technical data, and work instructions.

• Remove, fabricate, modify, repair, and install major aircraft structural components.

• Perform structural work involving doublers, stiffeners, stringers, frames, skins, panels, and other airframe components .

• Perform precision drilling, reaming, countersinking, cold working, and structural fitting.

• Install and remove rivets, fasteners, and MIL-SPEC hardware using proper aircraft installation techniques.

• Fabricate and modify sheet metal components using rivet guns, drills, shears, brakes, and other precision hand and power tools.

• Perform structural repairs and rework on damaged or previously modified aircraft.

• Work directly from blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and written work instructions .
