Level: Senior/Associate, Level 3/Level 4 Pay Range: $30/hour - $40/hour Shift: Have to be open to shifts ( 5:30am- 2:30 pm/ 3pm-11pm) MANDATORY OT/WEEKENDS 50 openings Process: Submittal to Talent Acq, review by Hiring Manager, Technical interview Team, plate test
What You’ll Do • Install, modify, and maintain aircraft sheet metal and composite components
• Fabricate, assemble, and rework structural parts
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
• Perform inspections and maintain accurate documentation
• Read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications
Physical Requirements • Regularly lift/move up to 30 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent hand use; steady hand?eye coordination
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
• Ability to work in varied physical positions
• Clear communication and hearing abilities
