The D&T Transformation Senior Analyst plays a central role in advancing Delta's digital and AI-enabled transformation agenda, partnering with the D&T Transformation General Manager, Director, and team to drive cross-functional modernization efforts across the department. This role sits at the intersection of emerging technology, business strategy, and operational execution helping identify where AI, automation, and digital tooling can meaningfully improve how D&T operates.
The Analyst supports ideation, socialization, and initiation of complex programs spanning generative AI adoption, intelligent automation, data-driven decision making, and broader technology-enabled transformation, for both short- and long-term initiatives. This individual works across departments and with external technology partners to investigate opportunities and build the alignment needed to move fast on emerging tech initiatives across the Delta enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as a key resource for the D&T Transformation Director and General Manager on AI transformation strategy development, technology thought leadership, socialization, and material creation in support of key initiatives. • Assist with program managing cross-functional transformation efforts, including AI adoption, automation, and emerging technology pilots, that touch every aspect of the Delta D&T department. • Support the development of AI-enabled solutions (process, procedure, initiative) that improve approaches throughout D&T. • Participate in the strategic creation of D&T business operations strategy, policies, and goals with a focus on responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement. • Identify and develop relationships with points of contact across departments and technology partners (AI vendors, cloud providers, consulting firms) to propel change that is mutually beneficial. • Work with the team to research emerging AI and technology trends, assess applicability to Delta's operations, and build roadmaps to advance initiatives; conduct fact-finding and data analysis to evaluate opportunities. • Increase engagement, interaction, and sharing of resources between teams, departments, and technology partners to accelerate digital transformation. • Successfully interact with and present findings including technology and AI landscape assessments to Director and General Manager. • Adapt existing methods and procedures, incorporating new technology and automation approaches, to create alternative solutions to complex problems. • Help stakeholders, D&T Portfolio Teams, business partners, and business users understand their roles and responsibilities within technology-driven initiatives.
