Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage flight schedules in real-time, making necessary adjustments to optimize operations and respond to unforeseen circumstances. Coordinate with pilots, flight attendants, maintenance crews, and ground handling staff to ensure efficient flight operations. Prepare and distribute flight documentation, including flight plans, weather briefings, and NOTAMs. Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and company policies. Provide support and communication to flight crews during all phases of flight operations. Act as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly and effectively. Utilize flight operations software and systems to track aircraft status, crew duty times, and flight progress. Participate in flight operations risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate records of flight operations data and generate reports as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant industry experience may substitute for a degree. Minimum of 4 years of experience in flight operations, airline operations control, or a similar aviation operational role. Strong knowledge of flight planning, air traffic control procedures, and aviation weather. Proficiency with flight operations software and systems (e.g., Jeppesen, FlightAware, Lido). Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate. Must be authorized to work in the United States and comfortable working remotely from a US-based location. Previous experience as an Air Traffic Controller or Dispatcher is a plus.
