• Defines and leads regional sales campaigns based on the agreed upon strategy and opportunities for Delta MRO Commercial products and services for all designated regional customers and potential customers. Manages and delivers regional integrated team revenue / margin and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. • Manages customer relationships and acts as primary customer interface to develop prospects and opportunities for future sales, defining and creating up-sell opportunities. • Lead sales campaign efforts in guidance with Business Strategy and Marketing to secure customer orders. • Provide closed-loop intelligence on current and potential customer opportunities including but not limited too; sales forecast data by product lines, new fleet entry, expanded stations, reliability, etc. • Work with Sales Support and Contracts groups on developing and appropriately responding to customer requests. • Provide insight to customer and industry behaviors, and develop regional sales plans and methodologies for all customers. • Deliver brand awareness and capabilities.
