EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Quality Assurance Manager Role and Responsibilities The QAM has the responsibility, authority and oversight of quality control programs and standards within the Sunflower Aviation ANR145C maintenance organization.
Essential Job Functions: • Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment. • Leadership, commitment and promotion of safety as a core value of the maintenance organisation. • Responsibility, authority and oversight of Quality Control programs and standards to ensure compliance with CAAF and company policies and procedures. • Authority and responsibility for audit functions. • Ensures that all specified policies, practices and procedures are complied with, and follows company policies and procedures for completion of assigned duties. • Maintains audit schedules. • Schedules and supervises Technical Auditors in the performance of audits. • Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures in accordance with the Sunflower Aviation Maintenance Manual at all maintenance facilities and contract maintenance providers. • Assists in resolving any quality-related problems. • Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment. • Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
Education/Experience: • Have held Airframe and Powerplant licences. • Minimum of two years' experience in an ANR145C environment with an emphasis on inspection functions. • Three to five year's supervisory experience. • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately.
