We are seeking a highly skilled PT6A Engine Assembly Technician to join our dynamic aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling PT6A turbine engines with precision and adherence to strict quality standards. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and quality control will ensure the production of reliable, high-performance engines that meet rigorous industry specifications. Responsibilities · Interpret detailed manufacturing documents, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble PT6A engines. · Utilize specialized industrial tools, power tools, hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to perform mechanical assembly and measurement tasks. · Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols diligently during all phases of engine assembly. · Conduct quality control inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and quality standards in production. · Perform mechanical blueprint interpretation and machining tasks as required for engine component assembly. · Use welding techniques when necessary to secure engine parts and ensure structural integrity. · Maintain detailed documentation of assembly steps, measurements, and inspection results in accordance with production documentation requirements. · Adhere to safety protocols at all times, including proper use of industrial safety equipment and forklift operation when handling heavy engine components.
