Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical assembly operations within a high-tech manufacturing environment. This position will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality and throughput objectives are met, and develop a high-performing production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or assembly leadership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, space systems, or other complex manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Shift: 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM (4x10 schedule)
