This role will help bring AI-enabled and automation capabilities to life in our Customer Engagement Centers. Delta's Reservations Experience Design & Technology team is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to lead day-to-day product delivery, translate business needs into build-ready requirements, and partner closely with Information Technology squads to deliver measurable improvements. • Own and prioritize the sprint backlog for AI and automation products, balancing customer, employee, business, and technical needs. • Translate product goals, business needs, and user feedback into clear features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios that development teams can execute. • Take direct ownership of story writing and refinement, ensuring requirements clearly describe the expected functionality, user value, dependencies, and definition of done. • Lead and actively participate in agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and demos, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, designers, analysts, and Information Technology teams to understand business problems, refine requirements, validate proposed solutions, and remove ambiguity. • Monitor product performance, adoption, and quality data, identify improvement opportunities, and use evidence to support backlog prioritization and continuous product improvement. • Develop tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment and support employee safety and wellbeing.
