On demand charter and scheduled passenger operations Based in Port au Prince, Haiti

The Offer: - $150 per two leg trip, $200 per three leg trip - Expect 12-15 trips per week - Approximately 100 flight hours per month - Rotational schedule: 4-5 weeks on, 2-4 weeks off - Housing provided in a furnished apartment - Secure ground transportation to and from MTPP provided

This is a very specific job, and we are looking for very specific people.
REQUIREMENTS. Please do not apply unless you meet every single one of them:
- Greater than 100 time in the Piper Navajo Chieftain - Greater than 1000TT - Instrument current, with a minimum of 30 hours of ACTUAL IMC - Experience with both glass and six pack aircraft - 50+ hours with Garmin 430, 650, 750, G500, GI 275 - Exposure to airports with limited services
An insanely good bump in your resume would be: - A&P with IA, ideally with 1 to 3 years of experience
You will also be required to fly with one of our current pilots in the right seat to expose, train, and familiarize them with the Navajo.
What This Job Really Is: This is not a polished airline operation but we are getting there. 99% of your flying will be from secure airport to secure airport. However this is not a stepping stone job for people looking for predictable schedules and pristine facilities.
Attitude matters more than resume polish. A “meh” candidate with the right mindset will be taken more seriously than an “ideal” candidate who hesitates when things get uncomfortable.
Mission and Reality: This operation exists because aviation is a necessity in Haiti right now. It was started by locals who care deeply about their country and are trying to help rebuild basic connectivity after years of instability.
The current situation in Haiti is difficult and volatile. Do not reach out unless you have done your own research.
- The US Embassy is closed - Gang violence is widespread in parts of Port au Prince - Many neighborhoods resemble recovering war zones - Gunfire, poverty, and instability are daily realities
On October 1, 2025, the UN approved a multinational gang suppression force of up to 5,500 troops to begin operations in Haiti but we are still waiting for them to be deployed to the region.
