This position offers the opportunity to operate a Phenom 100 in a single-pilot environment while enjoying a predictable schedule, excellent benefits, and long-term stability. About the Role The selected candidate will serve as Pilot in Command and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while providing exceptional service to company passengers. This position is ideal for a pilot who enjoys a mix of day trips and limited overnight travel while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Schedule • 13–15 flying days per month

• Approximately 6–7 overnights per month

• Majority of trips are day trips

• Single-pilot operations

Responsibilities • Retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft when assigned as PIC

• Maintain compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies

• Coordinate and execute flight operations in a safe and professional manner

• Ensure aircraft readiness and operational efficiency

• Maintain a high level of customer service for company passengers

• Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence
