Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 1 year experience as a professional pilot in the aviation industry. 800 hours total flight time. Turbine aircraft experience preferred.. Other Instrument & Commerical Pilot Licenses Upon Hire required. Other 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate Upon Hire required. Other Certified Flight instructor (CFI) License Upon Hire required.

Position Purpose :

Domestic Captain within Gulfstream Flight Operations Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: • In accordance with Gulfstream Flight Operations FOM/SOP, operate Gulfstream aircraft in support of Airborne Customer Support (ACS), Gulfstream maintenance, and any other functions as assigned .

• Must possess knowledge and understanding of domestic operations and technical operations .

• Communicate with Gulfstream personnel to facilitate effective support of Gulfstream and our Customers .

• Manage and execute any assigned ancillary responsibilities .

• Adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies, department Flight Operations Manual (FOM) policies and procedures .

• Effectively support the repair of aircraft issues with Corporate Maintenance and Technical Operations as needed .

Additional Functions: • Assist Gulfstream Dispatch and the PIC with planning and coordination of flight activity .

• Execute the safe and efficient conduct of all assigned flight activities .

• Strive to be a positive brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics .

Perform other duties as assigned. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Additional Information
