We are seeking a highly qualified, safety-focused Beechijet Captain to join our professional flight operations team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, sound judgment, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and a commitment to providing safe, reliable, and first-class service while operating the Beechijet aircraft.
Responsibilities Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the Beechijet in accordance with all FAA regulations and company policies Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. Conduct through pre-flight planning, weather analysis, and aircraft inspections Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Complete all required flight documentation accurately and on time. Maintain proficiency through recurrent training and compliance with all FAA and company regulatory requirements. Be available for overnight travel, weekends, holidays, and an on-call schedule as required.
Minimum Qualifications FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate FAA First-Class Medical Certificate Beechijet type rating preferred (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time Minimum 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Multi-engine and instrument proficiency required Working knowledge of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and operating procedures Strong communication, decision-making, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications Previous Part 91 and/or Part 135 experience Experience operating Beechijet or similar light business jets Type ratings on current or similar Citation 525 series, Citation 650, and/or Hawker 400 aircraft are highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with experience serving executive and charter passengers Clean FAA and driving records Ability to work in a dynamic, schedule-driven environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
