MAC JET CHARTER — Home-based (within one-hour drive of a commercial service airport, United States)
Pay: $75,000–$90,000 per year
MAC Jet Charter, a division of MAC Air Group, is seeking qualified First Officers to join our Hawker 1000 flight department. This is a home-based position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to fly as part of a professional Part 135 charter operation.
Applicants must reside within a one-hour drive of a commercial service airport. Preference will be given to applicants with previous turboprop or jet experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
The First Officer assists the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of company aircraft in accordance with MAC Jet Charter policies and all applicable FAA and TSA regulations.
Responsibilities include: Assist with preflight and post-flight aircraft inspections. Assist with flight planning, including reviewing weather, NOTAMs, and airport conditions. Assist with aircraft navigation and ATC communications. Conduct passenger ID checks and safety briefings as required. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA and TSA regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience 1,200 hours total flight time 250 hours multi-engine time
Required Qualifications FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating FAA First Class Medical Certificate FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit Valid passport with no travel restrictions Legal authorization to work in the United States Strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications Previous Part 135 experience Previous turbine or jet experience
