Remote Part 135 Heavy Jet Sales Manager – Gulfstream / Large Cabin XPRO Jet Charters Inc
XPRO Jet Charters Inc is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Part 135 Heavy Jet Sales Manager to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This position is designed for a top-tier charter sales professional with a proven ability to drive revenue in the Gulfstream and large-cabin aircraft segment, both domestically and internationally.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate brings deep industry relationships, strong broker network connectivity, and a consistent track record of closing high-value charter deals. You will play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, expanding our client base, and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and close Part 135 charter sales for heavy jet aircraft Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partners Manage trip quoting, pricing strategy, and deal execution Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams for seamless trip delivery Leverage platforms such as Avinode and other scheduling tools to optimize sales performance
Qualifications: Proven experience in Part 135 heavy jet charter sales (Gulfstream or equivalent required) Strong working knowledge of Avinode, broker networks, and flight scheduling systems Established book of business and verifiable sales performance Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
