Citation Excel PIC – Warsaw, Indiana (KASW)
Image Air Charter, LLC is accepting applications for a full-time Citation Excel PIC based at Warsaw Municipal Airport (KASW) in Warsaw, Indiana.
We are an established Part 135 charter operator seeking a professional pilot interested in a long-term position with our company. Our preference is an experienced, CE-560XL typed pilot who can transition directly into a PIC position; however, we will consider strong candidates who require an initial type rating or additional experience before upgrading to PIC.
Base / Commuting
This is not a commutable position. The aircraft and crew are based at KASW, and pilots report directly to the airport for assigned trips.
Applicants must currently live within reasonable driving distance of Warsaw, Indiana, or be willing to relocate to the area.
Schedule & Quality of Life
We recognize that predictability and quality of life are important in an on-demand charter operation.
Our pilots receive:
• 8 scheduled hard days off each month. Once scheduled, these days are protected and are not changed by the company without discussing the change with the pilot and reaching mutual agreement. • A minimum 10-hour call-out. Pilots receive at least 10 hours' notice before being required to report for an assigned trip. When you are not on a scheduled day off, you are not expected to remain within a 60- or 90-minute call-out window. • 10 days (two workweeks) of annual PTO following completion of the company's introductory/probationary period.
As with any on-demand Part 135 operation, schedules vary based on customer needs. Our scheduling practices are intended to provide our pilots with meaningful time off and reasonable predictability while maintaining the flexibility required of a charter operation.
Position
• Full-time Citation Excel pilot • Primary assignment: Citation Excel • Part 135 on-demand charter operations • Based at KASW – Warsaw, Indiana • Domestic and occasional international operations • 8 hard days off per month • Minimum 10-hour call-out • 10 days annual PTO • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications • Benefits provided • Company-paid training as applicable
Ideal Candidate
Our strongest candidate will be an experienced CE-560XL typed PIC who meets the experience requirements to serve as captain following completion of required company training and checking.
Preferred qualifications include:
• ATP certificate • CE-560XL type rating • Citation Excel/XLS experience • Previous Part 135 experience • Strong turbine and turbine PIC experience • Current First Class Medical • Ability to meet all applicable Part 135 PIC qualification requirements • Valid passport and ability to operate internationally • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong customer-service skills • Good judgment, communication skills, and CRM • Ability to work effectively in a small-company environment
Candidates who are not currently CE-560XL typed or who require additional experience before becoming PIC may also be considered. Training requirements, experience level, and ability to immediately serve as PIC will be considered when determining compensation.
About the Position
Our pilots work directly with our customers and closely with our operations and maintenance personnel. We are looking for someone who is professional in the cockpit and with our passengers, exercises good judgment, takes care of the aircraft, and is someone the rest of the team enjoys working with.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, CE-560XL type rating, and the candidate's ability to immediately serve as PIC.
