Job Purpose: The NDT Level II Technician is responsible for performing inspections, utilizing a variety of non-destructive testing methods on company aircraft and components.
Responsibilities: • Execute the tests using the procedures and methods to determine maximum quality of the product
• Perform inspection duties, organize, and generate reports pertaining to inspection and evaluation
• Prepare reports on all testing and evaluations to the appropriate department
• Ensure that the equipment used for testing is functioning correctly and in accordance with all applicable safety regulations
• Perform daily system performance tests on equipment to ensure compliance with NDT standards
• Interpret and perform cleaning procedures prior to NDT Inspections
• Additional duties as assigned
