The primary responsibility of the Manager of Flight Standards is to oversee and lead a successful Line Check Airman department. This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that pilots adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, specifically in line with PSAs standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Manager of Flight Standards will serve as the primary point of contact with the FAA and other external organizations in regards to Pilot Standards, in order to guarantee the success of PSA’s pilot operations.
